What Counts?

Career Match rewards actual new-member acquisition, not device clicks or page views.

  • The resident must be a new Career Match member.
  • Registration must be fully completed and verified.
  • Registration must be attributed to your device.
  • Each member can only count once.
  • Self-referrals do not qualify.
  • Bots, duplicates and artificial registrations do not qualify.
  • Suspicious registrations may be excluded.
Important: You do not need an active job opening to participate. Your business may continue appearing in the Career Match Employer Directory between hiring periods. Registration totals reset each calendar month. The maximum Employer Reward is L$7,500 per employer per month at 100 verified registrations. Participation and continued eligibility are subject to Career Match approval.
