The Dean of Pledges is responsible for leading, mentoring, and guiding the pledge class throughout their entire journey into the fraternity. The Dean creates an organized, fun, and memorable experience while making sure pledges learn the values, traditions, expectations, and culture of the fraternity.

Pledge Tasks & Activities: Create weekly tasks, challenges, games, bonding activities, and other events for pledges to complete throughout their pledge journey.
Pledge Education: Teach pledges about the fraternity's history, traditions, values, rules, and expectations.
Team Building: Organize activities that encourage pledges to work together, build friendships, and develop strong bonds as a pledge class.
Events: Plan and coordinate pledge-related events, including social activities, competitions, themed nights, and fraternity gatherings.
Fundraisers: Assist with planning and organizing fraternity fundraisers. Pledges may participate by helping promote events, creating activities, or assisting with fundraising goals.
Probate Preparation: Work closely with the pledges to prepare them for their final probate presentation. This can include organizing rehearsals, choreography, introductions, speeches, outfits, themes, and overall presentation.
Leadership & Guidance: Keep pledges motivated, answer questions, address concerns, and help them stay on track throughout the process.
Accountability: Make sure pledges complete assigned tasks and participate in required activities while maintaining a fair and respectful environment.
Communication: Keep consistent communication with the pledge class and fraternity leadership regarding schedules, activities, progress, and upcoming events.
