Full Job Description

The Breedables CoOp is hiring dependable and friendly Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support our growing breedables community.

CSRs will be a primary point of contact for members visiting our markets, breeding areas, auction houses, contests, and other CoOp locations. You will answer questions, help residents find services and available spaces, explain basic CoOp and auction procedures, and direct more complex issues to the appropriate staff member.

This is a paid staff position with weekly compensation of:

L$5,000 per week + 2,500 Game Tokens (GTs) per week

We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and can represent the Breedables CoOp in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Assist Breedables CoOp members and visitors.
Answer questions about markets, breeding spaces, auctions, contests, and other services.
Help new members understand how the CoOp works.
Direct residents to the correct locations, staff members, or resources.
Assist breeders and sellers with general questions.
Help auction guests and participants when needed.
Welcome new community members.
Report problems, disputes, or technical issues to management.
Help maintain a friendly and active community environment.
Stay informed about current Breedables CoOp locations, events, and programs.

General Requirements

Friendly, patient, and comfortable helping people.
Reliable and able to maintain an agreed weekly schedule.
Good written communication skills.
Familiarity with Second Life and basic viewer functions.
Breedables knowledge is preferred but not required.
Must be willing to learn Breedables CoOp services and procedures.
Able to work independently and know when an issue should be escalated.
Professional when dealing with members, staff, and visitors.
Customer service or community-management experience is a plus.
