Employer Services Specialist

Career Match is seeking an Employer Relations Representative to work directly with businesses and employers throughout Second Life.

The primary responsibility of this position is to help new employers successfully get set up on the Career Match platform. You will guide employers through creating their company presence, adding job listings, and understanding how to use Career Match to find and manage applicants.

You will remain available during the setup process to answer questions, provide assistance, and make sure employers are comfortable using the system.

This is a customer-facing position, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, patient, dependable, and comfortable communicating with business owners and managers.

You do not need to be a technical expert. Training on the Career Match system and employer services will be provided.

- Assist new employers in getting started on Career Match
- Guide employers through company profile and account setup
- Support employers in creating and posting job listings
- Explain Career Match features and employer services
- Respond to questions throughout the onboarding process
- Troubleshoot basic setup and platform usage issues
- Follow up with employers when additional assistance is needed
- Build and maintain professional relationships with participating businesses
- Relay employer questions, feedback, and needs to the Career Match team

- Comfortable engaging with Second Life business owners and managers
- Basic knowledge of Second Life businesses and employment preferred
- Training on the Career Match system will be provided
