Full Job Description
Elite Homes is seeking a creative Property Staging & Landscaping Specialist to prepare homes, apartments, and commercial properties for rental. This position focuses on transforming vacant properties into attractive, move-in-ready spaces by decorating interiors, furnishing rooms, and creating appealing outdoor landscapes. You will work with the Elite Homes team to ensure every property meets our quality standards while maintaining a variety of design styles to appeal to different residents.
Responsibilities
Stage residential and commercial properties using furniture and décor.
Design and maintain landscaping with trees, flowers, shrubs, and outdoor features.
Create inviting outdoor spaces including patios, gardens, and entryways.
Decorate interiors to match the property's style and target audience.
Refresh existing properties when furnishings or landscaping need improvement.
Ensure all staged properties meet Elite Homes quality standards.
Work closely with management on special projects and new developments.
Complete staging and landscaping projects within assigned deadlines.

Experience decorating and landscaping in Second Life.
Strong sense of design, color, balance, and visual presentation.
Familiarity with decorating, landscaping, and editing linked objects.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the Elite Homes team.
Must have a professional attitude and consistently produce high-quality work.
