Residential Real Estate Agent

Avrenda is hiring a Residential Real Estate Agent to oversee and manage rental properties across our island in Second Life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting new residents, managing existing rentals, maintaining occupancy, and delivering a professional and welcoming residential experience.

We're looking for a proactive, professional individual who can maintain high occupancy, build positive relationships with residents, and contribute to Avrenda's reputation as a desirable place to live.

- Manage residential rental properties, availability, and occupancy.
- Showcase available homes and assist prospective tenants with enquiries and rentals.
- Monitor rental payments, renewals, and property vacancies.
- Assist residents with parcel permissions, group access, and rental systems.
- Advertise available properties through Second Life groups and relevant channels.
- Ensure compliance with estate covenants and residential guidelines.
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate property-related issues with management.
- Maintain accurate rental records and provide regular occupancy updates.

- Good understanding of Second Life land, parcels, and rental systems.
- Familiarity with land impact, group permissions, and estate management.
- Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
- Reliable in-world availability and ability to work independently.
- Previous Second Life real estate or property management experience preferred.
