Responsibilities
- Oversee marketplace operations, retail rentals, and merchant occupancy.
- Recruit new merchants, designers, and businesses to establish stores at Pirates Bay.
- Showcase available retail spaces and assist merchants with rental arrangements.
- Monitor rental payments, renewals, vacancies, and land impact allowances.
- Assist merchants with parcel permissions, group access, and rental systems.
- Ensure shops comply with marketplace guidelines and presentation standards.
- Promote the marketplace through Second Life groups, communities, and advertising channels.
- Coordinate shopping events, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activities.
- Address merchant enquiries, concerns, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate rental records and provide regular updates to Avrenda management.
